His craft touches hearts across the World as he constantly flies international to deliver orders from his clients and show case his designs on the run way in U.S.A, Europe, Asia and Africa.
Being a graduate from the University of Buea with a BSc in Environmental Science . Taku Claude has remained resilient and had focused on his passion as a fashion designer which is today making him the best in Cameroon as of now . With a deep passion for fashion, he decided to switch into fashion because of the great zeal he had nurtured during his secondary school days while spending his vacation at his late dad’s tailoring shop .
He is married to a beautiful, suppuortive and lovely wife who has blessed him with 4 handsome and beautiful kids.
Taku’s career goal is to set up a fashion design institution where him and his formidable team can train hundreds or thousands Cameroonians into the trade of fashion .
laude Taku is currently undertaking feasibility studies to open outlets of TC DESIGN CLASSIC wears in the towns of Douala, Buea, Limbe , Bamenda and to later extent to other African countries starting with Nigeria where there is a ready market to add to his already existing outlet in the USA.
This visionary dynamic Cameroonian is envisaging to style and dress all World top class celebrities In the next two years . This confidence arises from the fact that some of his VIP clients pay his flight for him to different countries to come get their measurements and produce bespoke suits for them.
In an interview on the national television Cameroon, Taku Claude enumerated a couple of his achievements . He can currently boast of 10 designs that are typically his from his bag of fashion creativity . That is , from conception, production to the finishing with authors right protected under his brand.
Taku has Participated on almost all World’s prestigious Runways like the London fashion week, New York fashion week which often lived him with great memories and act like a motivation for more creative designs . Claude equally revealed that reactions and feedbacks from such events makes him feel fulfilled in his art.
Seeing his designs being put on billboards in Ghana and Nigeria are also some very exciting moments in his career.
Claude in an attempt to encourage Cameroonians to be job creators than job seekers revealed his networth . Claude has an estimable networth of 200millions francs cfa. His cars are worth an estimated amount of 40 millions, my duplex in which he currently lives-in is Worth 130 millions. He equally has landed assets worth 30 millions.
Claude’s head office is in Yaounde at Biyem-assi Cameroon where the present grand Jeammot Express Agency is with outlets in the USA and BRUSSELS.
His late dad alias SAFARI as he was popularly known was and is still his biggest inspiration as he confesses .
He was a tailor back then in the 80s 90s” 2000 up to 2012. He was a creative-minded individual and had made Cameroon proud back then as he had bagged numerous awards from neighbouring Nigeria as a sign of recognition for his works .
He was very passionate about his art. Taku inherited fashion designing from him. He admits to be heavily indepted to him. His legacy lives on via him. May his gentle soul continue to rest in Peace .
Claude is currently looking up to build a legacy in his art like the Geogio Amarnd, Aristotle and a whole host of other legend in the field of Fashion .
